Employment experience:

2025 – Now: Casual Academic and Course Administrator (UNSW)

Education:

2026 – Now: Master of Philosophy in Photovoltaic Engineering (UNSW)

2022 – 2025: Bachelor of Computer Science (UNSW)

Research interests:

  • End-of-life decision making for solar panels

  • Recycling of photovoltaic devices

Why is your research important?

As early solar panels die off, the waste they produce is going to be a real problem soon. We need practical, cost-effective, and eco-friendly end-of-life solutions for photovoltaic waste. My research aims to provide decision support for solar panels reaching their end-of-life, factoring in financial and environmental impact as well as degradation modelling to better understand when and how solar panels should be decommissioned.

What do you like about research?

I like to think that I’m contributing to the world bit by bit in my own way, and I enjoy learning as I explore this highly impactful and innovative field.

What do you like to do when you are not saving the world?

I enjoy fencing, badminton, and Pokemon. I know everything there is to know about Pokemon.
